Refund Policy

Quality Control

Every garment is individually inspected by HolyGrailTees before shipping. Our quality control process ensures that faulty items are not sent to customers. This includes checking for:

  • Print quality and placement
  • Fabric defects or damage
  • Correct sizing and labeling
  • Overall garment condition

Given our rigorous quality control process, claims of defective items will be thoroughly investigated and may require verification.

General Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS will be provided except in the following circumstances:

  1. Item arrives damaged or defective (subject to verification)
  2. Wrong item shipped due to our error
  3. Item significantly different from description

What Does NOT Qualify for Refunds

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering wrong size (check size guide before ordering)
  • Don't like the design after receiving it
  • Team performance disappointment
  • Delayed shipping due to production times
  • Minor color variations from screen display
  • Normal wear and washing effects

Made-to-Order Policy

All items are made specifically for your order:

  • NO SIZE EXCHANGES possible
  • NO REFUNDS for sizing issues
  • NO EXCHANGES of any kind
  • Choose carefully using our detailed size guide
  • Once production begins, no changes are possible

Pre-Order Refunds

  • NO REFUNDS once production has commenced
  • Cancellations only accepted up to 48 hours before production start date
  • Production start dates are clearly communicated via email
  • "I changed my mind" is not grounds for pre-order cancellation

Damaged/Defective Items

MUST be reported within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Email support@holygrailtees.au immediately
  • Provide clear photos of damage/defect
  • Include order number and description of issue
  • Do not return items without prior approval

Refund Process

Approved refunds only:

  • Processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunded to original payment method only
  • Shipping costs are never refundable
  • Customer responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty

What Voids Your Refund Rights

  • Removing or damaging product tags
  • Wearing, washing, or altering the item
  • Attempting to return after 14 days
  • Providing false information about the issue
  • Attempting chargebacks before contacting us

Pre-Order Specific Terms

  • NO REFUNDS for team elimination from finals
  • NO REFUNDS for longer than expected wait times
  • NO REFUNDS for minor design variations from mockups
  • NO REFUNDS for "it doesn't look like the website photo"

  • Requested resolution

Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense.

Final Note

This policy is firm. Please read carefully before ordering. "I didn't read the policy" is not grounds for exception.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse our policies or make unreasonable demands.
